REGISTRATION

You are kindly asked to read the below information carefully before registering to the conference.

Every person who would like to attend the conference should register on-line. Every person can be registered to the conference only ONCE. To attend the conference, register as PARTICIPANT. Only registered participants can log in to the system. Payment and abstract submission options are available for the participant after logging in, not during the registration process.

Important information!

We advise you to use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer browser. The registration system does not operate properly under Safari and Opera browsers. Registration is processed through the "Coffee" on-line registration system. Any mistake made during the registration process can be corrected or updated, e.g. personal data, the type of registration fee, the hotel reservation, the invoice data, after logging in to the system.

During the registration process an accompanying person should be added and an appropriate registration fee should be chosen. Accompanying person does not attend the sessions and does not receive conference materials.

Basic and full registration after August 1 will be raised by 200 PLN, a one day Medical Conference fee will raised by 100 PLN.

Full registration: admission to the Symposium, Symposium documentation, tea/coffee breaks, buffet lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Welcome Reception on Monday, one of the optional excursion on Tuesday, touristic tour and Gala Dinner at the Wieliczka Salt Mine on Thursday, use of the internet room.

Basic registration: admission to the Symposium, Symposium documentation, tea/coffee breaks, buffet lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Welcome Reception on Monday, touristic tour and Gala Dinner at the Wieliczka Salt Mine on Thursday, use of the internet room.

Medical-Palynological Conference on Pollen Allergy: admission to the Symposium, Symposium documentation, tea/coffee breaks, buffet lunch (on Wednesday), use of Internet café, ceremonial dinner. One day registration does not include any reception, touristic tour and Gala dinner at the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Accompanying person: Welcome Reception on Monday, one of the optional excursion on Tuesday, touristic tour and Gala Dinner at the Wieliczka Salt Mine Thursday, souvenir bag, free entry to the Botanical Garden during the Symposium.

Cancellation of registration

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 1 August 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 200 PLN - for administrative expenses. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellation received after 1 August 2012.

Cancellation of optional excursion

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellation of optional excursions will be accepted until 1 August 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellation received after 1 August 2012. Please note that the registration of optional excursions will be cancelled if the Symposium Secretariat has not received the payment by 15 June 2012. If social events would be cancelled by the organizers, the total amount would be refunded.
